ISF Fitness Equipmet

ISF offers returns on new and unused products in original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date after obtaining a return authorization from us for all United States orders. All returns require you to contact us first via email in order to get a return authorization.  We do not accept any return without a prior return authorization or accept returns on any International Order (shipped out of United States.)  Original packaging and receipt are required to process returns. If original packaging is missing, or if items appear used, a restocking fee will apply determined on a case by case basis. ISF is not responsible for return shipping fees, or original shipping fees to customer. Customer should insure all packages, and customer is responsible for the item(s) until it is returned safely back to ISF.  Any damage to items, missing parts, or missing item on return to ISF is the customer's responsibility.  Original shipping fees incurred by ISF, including on items with "free" shipping, are non refundable. Refunds and store credits will be issued within three (3) business days of receiving back the merchandise for preauthorized returns.  Please note that processing time depends on the customer's payment method/bank.  It can be expected for refund payments to be reflected within 10 days.  For some payment methods, the refund may not appear on the customer statement until the next billing cycle.  Please Note all returns must be authorized, "Return to Sender" or "Refused" is not acceptable and any charge to ISF shipping account, shall be deducted from any refund due customer.  When an item shipped to customer is not collected and it is returned to the sender the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways (original and return), and the item may incur a restocking fee. 

For local pickup items, it is Buyer's responsibility to bring items back to ISF warehouse for return or exchange as follows:

Wayne, NJ:  Returns are accepted by appointment and we have flexible hours. All returns can be subjected to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Bellmawr, NJ:  Returns are by appointment, but we are in Bellmawr on limited days with an inconsistent schedule.  If you are not able to meet us when we will already be in Bellmawr, then you must do the return to the Wayne location with more flexible hours.  All returns can be subjected to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

For delivery & installation orders, we do not accept returns once an item has already been installed.  Should a customer refuse or cancel delivery or installation on the delivery day at the delivery address, delivery fees are non refundable and a restocking fee may be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Warranty Terms

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, misuse, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Warranty is to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.  We do not warranty finish on any item.  

Warranty Barbells

Premier Bearing Bar: I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the Premier Bearing Bar. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper faulty or negligent use, or normal wear and tear. 

Premium Bushing Bar: I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the Premium Bushing Bar. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper faulty or negligent use, or normal wear and tear. 

Everyday Bar: I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the Everyday Bar. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper faulty or negligent use, or normal wear and tear. 1 year limited warranty against bending.

Basic Bar: I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the Premium Bushing Bar. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper faulty or negligent use, or normal wear and tear. 1 year limited warranty against bending.

Technique Bar
I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the Premium Technique Bar. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper faulty or negligent use, or normal wear and tear. Technique bar has 45 LB capacity and is not meant to be dropped under load. Doing so will void warranty.

For All Barbell Warranties, Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar hard surfaces, and similar usage).  Barbell warranty covers manufacture defect only.  Barbell warranty does not cover maintenance, such as lubing bearings or bushing, cleaning of barbells, or barbell finish wear and tear.   Seized up sleeves, or sleeves which do not spin, or sleeves which spin less freely most likely require lubricant, which is not a warranty issue, but rather a basic barbell maintenance issue.  We recommend lubing barbells at least every 6 months.   

Warranty Bumper Plates:

Premium Black & Color Bumper Plates: I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects for 45/35/25 lbs Premium Bumper Plates and 3 month limited warranty on 15/10 lbs plates. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear. (Note 10 & 15 lb plates are not meant to be dropped alone on a bar and doing so will void the warranty.) Warranty applies to original purchaser only with receipt. Dropping bumper plates onto concrete, asphalt, or any other surface not protected by thick rubber mats will void the warranty. Bumper plates should also never be dropped with non bumper plates weighing over 5 lbs. Dropping ISF Bumper Plates with other brand plates less than 450mm diameter will void the warranty.  Bumper plates are solid rubber and if they are dropped, will wear.  

Warranty Dumbbells

I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on all ISF Dumbbells. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Note that rubber hex dumbbells should not be dropped and doing so will void warranty. Rubber dumbbells are rubber coated cast iron, they are not solid rubber like bumper plates.

Warranty Kettlebells

I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on all ISF Kettlebells. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty GHD

I Sell Fitness (ISF) offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with receipt on the ISF GHD. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.  Note Pads are warranted for a period of 3 months.  

Warranty Racks, Power Cages, Rigs

ISF offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser only with receipt on all Racks, Power Cages, and Rigs. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

ISF offers no warranty expressed, or implied, on any ISF pre-owned gear, or other company branded gear.  For those warranties, manufacture warranty applies.

ALL BRAND NEW ISF PRODUCTS NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ABOVE shall carry a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser only with receipt. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

During the warranty period ISF will at no additional charge, repair or replace (at ISF’s option) the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal use. In repairing the product ISF may replace defective parts or, at the option of ISF, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of ISF.  ISF reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.
