DESCRIPTION

When creating the Seated Low Back/Abdominal Combo, our designers took the phrase “form follows function” to heart. The refined geometry and improved ergonomics of this pin select piece make this an easy-to-use combo machine. The foam rubber coated handles along with the padded seat and rollers make sure it is comfortable to use. A lap belt, along with those handles under the leading edge of the seat, help the user maintain proper form while working with heavier loads. Pop pins make adjustments quick and easy. Your abs and low back will get a fantastic workout on this selectorized piece.

WEIGHT STACK INFORMATION

The Seated Low Back/Abdominal Combo comes equipped with a 300-pound weight stack in 10-pound increments. An upgrade to 400 pounds is available.

NOTE: This machine features a 20 lb counterbalance to offset the weight of the roller pad and lever arm.
