Shipping & Local Pickup
ISF Shipping & Pickup Policy:
All items are shipped through USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Freight. We choose courier at our discretion based on what is the most economical rate. Rates can be affected by package weight, package volume, and package dimensions. Free (or included) shipping rates provided are only applicable to the continental United States, as in the Lower 48 USA States, unless the system shows auto generated rates and or carriers. Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or any USA Territory, Commonwealth or other US affiliated State will likely incur additional cost, and you should contact ISF for a rate quote if one is not already shown on the checkout page. For all items, please provide a phone number and email address with your order. Typical Ground shipments with USPS or UPS will likely be left at your address, whether you are present or not. Note that UPS may not deem an item safe to be left at a delivery destination. Should UPS return any item for this reason, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for new shipping. Any shipment going out freight will require you to be available over a specified window of time (likely a window of a few hours) to receive delivery. Orders over $750 will require a signature to be released. Freight companies will not deliver unless you are present, and will generally need to speak with you to schedule the delivery time. If any product is returned due to insufficient, or incorrect shipping information, then the buyer will be held responsible for the cost of any further shipments, that includes all shipping charges and product costs. ISF is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, missing, or any other customer supplied shipping error information. For shipments being sent to a PO Box, APO/FPO, or address outside of the continental United States, you must contact us prior to placing your order to verify that we are able to ship you the desired product to that address. Additional charges may apply. All international orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country, and will be required to be paid by you. ISF is not responsible for any such charges, and we cannot predict what those charges will be. To note, on customs documentation, the actual value of the order will be indicated, we are unable to modify that value in any manner. Please note that Freight Shipping is dropped off. Any customer requesting any service such as inside delivery of item is not included in the price. Should ISF be billed additional fees for such service, the customer will be invoiced. Any freight not picked up from carrier terminal, ISF shall bill customer any additional charges. Freight is expected to be picked up in a timely fashion.
Any rates displayed on the ISF website do not include any duty or other tax imposed by the importing country. The buyer is responsible for any and all tax imposed by their country.
Please note all pre order shipping dates are our best estimates only. Factors out of ISF control can lead to delays. No pre order ship dates are guaranteed. If you place an order with multiple items on pre order, note that our shipping calculator combines items to give the best rates, therefore your order will not ship until all items from the order are in stock. If you want to avoid a product being held up due to an unforeseen delay, you should place each item in its own order so it ships as item comes in.
The buyer may cancel their order for a full refund at any time prior to the order fulfillment stage. Please note that we do charge an order cancellation fee applicable to all Orders up to 5%. Product pages will reflect any such language of fees. Once an item has been shipped, the buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs, both original to customer and back to ISF.
Shipping arrangements and payment for returns (excluding products shipped in error, or arrived damaged and/or defective) are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number and purchase insurance on the items as ISF will not be liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included (as in Free or Included shipping) will have the actual shipping cost incurred by I Sell Fitness deducted from the refund.
Returned products must be received by I Sell Fitness in the original packaging and in brand new condition, just as it was shipped to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with post delivery damage or if all the contents of the product are not returned.
Please note that all local pickups should be arranged to be picked up in a timely manner once notified items are ready for pickup. We are not a warehouse to store items for pickup at leisure. Any items not picked up within 2 weeks (calendar days) notice of being ready for pickup, are subject to an order cancellation and a 15% restocking fee, or daily storage fee, upon ISF discretion. It is the buyers responsibility to make timely arrangements for any pickup item. Note any return on pickups is the responsibility of buyer, if an item is found to be defective ISF will substitute or refund, however it is the responsibility of customer to bring item back. All items should be inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they receive and leave with their entire order. Any items of Pre-Order have estimated dates of arrival, no arrival dates are ever guaranteed, and ISF will not be held liable for any such delay.
