ISF Fitness Equipment Premium 2 Post Dog Sled is a heavy duty push, pull, drag fitness sled. Plastic skids to deaden noise and prevent bottom track wear are included (some companies charge extra for the plastic skids.) The included two posts can be repositioned on the opposite side holes to easily change direction. Additional posts may be purchased separately. The sled is in a durable black powder coated finish with two anchor points on each side to be able to easily convert the sled into a pull or drag option using the ISF Sled Harness. These workout sleds are great for core, legs, and total body fitness
