The included handles even rotate for different range-of-motion requirements. Go ahead and pull a few sets on it. Doing so will confirm that this free-standing cable column is as impressive as it looks.
The Hi/Low Pulley Combo features 2:1 reduction, which means that any selected weight feels lighter by half due to an additional pulley between the user and the weight stack.

WEIGHT STACK INFORMATION
The Hi/Low Pulley combo comes standard with a 150-pound weight stack. Weight stack upgrades of 200-, 250- and 300-pounds are also available.
